Good day for shoulders. Dealing with h a tiny bit of pain but nothing major. Started today with an hour of fasted cardio outdoor walking a track before this heat wave hits here in the eastern US. Shoulders on the agenda for the day below is the training. Also, this starts the first day of a three day fast just to cleanse the body.
Military press
4 sets warm up 135 for 20 reps each
4 Working sets
185 lbs for 15
205 lbs for 10
215 lbs for 8
220 lbs for 3 this got heavy quick
Lateral raises
I like to keep these in the higher rep range to get a really good burn in the shoulder.
All are dumbells
25 lb dumbells for 20
35s for 15
35s for 15
25s to failure
Rear delts reverse pec deck (I have to go lower in this weight due to the pain in my shoulder
4 working sets on a plate stack
100 for 15
110 for 11
120 for 8
120 for 7
Front raises alternating with dumbells
3 working sets with a 4th set to failure
30s for 12 per side
35s for 11
35s for 11
