Got to train today before all of the festivities. Got a good arms, ab and an hour of fasted cardio.
Strict bicep curls
40s for 12
45s for 10
50s for 8
Rope push down
190 for 4 sets u til failure
Hammer curls
45s for 8
50s for 8
50s for 6
Dips
Body weight for 3 sets until failure
Crunch machine for 4 sets of 25
Side bends with 40 lb weights for 3 sets of 20 per side.
Got a busy week of work with a lot of traveling but will get it in as much as possible.
