So I take psyllium husk every night before bed … should I add a carb for those meals I do get my carbs in the morning and I eat 1 cup of broccoli ,carrots,cauliflower and 1/4 cup of almonds as a snack

you know whats interesting? in blue zones 60-70% of their macros are carbs. but look up which carbs they eat. sweet potatoes, fruit, veggies, beans, legumes etc. its all healthy carbs. choose the right carbs. its not about how much you eat, its about what you eat
