Approved Log Thors Cardarine and Rad140 cycle Log

Hey all,
finally got an opportunity to update.

22Aug2023 Log

Wake-up 0542 5.45hrs sleep.

Breakfast:
4 Eggs over medium, tbsp EVOO
supps: Elastijoint 12floz, Fish oil

Lunch: None

Snack (Company function)
1C(estimated) Pretzels
2 lunchmeat rollups (ham, turkey, pepperoni)
*This was way off plan, but figured it was the lesser of the evils of what was available, and due to the function I had to have something. ugh

Dinner:
10.8oz Chicken Breast organic.
1/2 cup mixed veggies ( carrots, corn, peas, green beans) 2 sprays I can't believe its not butter.
8oz Sweet Potato 1 spray ICINB

Excercise:
20 Minutes swimming (300m)
30 Minutes Kayaking
12,000 steps (walking dog etc.)
148oz Water
MFP Calorie Total: 1500 Cals

Yes you can - you're the boss. It's an issue because of who you think it'll be perceived.
These meetings are with clients and other C-suite executives… no I can’t. And right or wrong perception in my world is everything. Again, I get what you guys are saying, and appreciate it, but there’s just somethings I can’t do.

What do you guys think about something like this for a snack since you mentioned the protein bars from them? Something worth keeping in the pantry for now and then or bypass it and stick to a bar?

First Day On SARMS
1mL Rad140
1mL GW
mixed with shot glass of cranberry juice


Breakfast
:
5 egg Omelette with 1/2C chicken fajita(fajita seasoning not liquid)
1/4C red bell pepper
1/4C green bell pepper
1/4C diced onion
***all sautéed and mixed in with omelette****
2500mg fish oil
12fl oz ElastiJoint orange flavored

Lunch:
8oz grilled chicken breast (estimated as it was a restaurant)
10 asparagus spears (no butter, but definitely tasted lemon and salt)
1C potato medley (purple organic
potatoes)
****I'm sure the potatoes were not the best solution{carbs etc} but lesser of the evils again******

Dinner:

2x5 oz ground turkey breast (99% fat free) burgers
1 egg mixed for binder

1/4C oats mixed for binder
2500 mg fish oil

Exercise:
30 minutes stationary bike

30 minutes plyometrics
10 minutes elastic bands
12,618 Steps for the day

MFP Caloric Intake: 1745
 
sorry for jacking the post count on this thread but had a question for you guys:

I'm on Amazon looking at the quest bar options... are there any I should avoid due to ingredients or sugars? I've never tried the brand before but my mom raves about them so I'm willing to give them a shot just wanted to lean on you guys' experience a little!! Thanks guys!
