Approved Log Thors Cardarine and Rad140 cycle Log

Okay all, Here's the log you requested, this is my first time doing one so please bear with me and forgive any disjointed thoughts that pop up along the way.

so before I start this I feel I have to give a little explanation to some things...

I'm 6'5 292 lbs 37 years old 29.7 %bf according to inbody scan. I've been working out all of my life basically. Played competitive sports throughout teen years and had scholarship offers in baseball and football before I blew my knee out my sophomore year. Enlisted in the Marine Corps at 18 and served 8 years. I've always been active and enjoy working out. My legs put on muscle long before anywhere else on my body. I've done a couple cycles of just GW before and had tremendous results. This time around I'm coming off my third major knee surgery (Dislocated Kneecap, ACL Reconstruction, Meniscus, and MCL). This happened two years ago during the pandemic and it effe'd with my head so bad I let myself go. I've been slowly working my way back into the gym but I'm tired of the dad bod so I decided to do a 12 week cycle of RAD140&Cardarine to lose the spare tire and rediscover my abs without assistance of a magnifying glass. My product is supposed to arrive tomorrow and I imagine I'll take it as soon as it arrives.

Wakeup-0500
Breakfast: usually 3-4 egg whites or turkey sausage (if eaten) *I don't always eat breakfast due to time constraints.

Now I know I need PCT but as a noob, I'm not sure where to start this (at end of cycle, mid cycle.. etc) and I'll have a bottle of HCGenerate on-hand for PCT.

I know the sleep needs work, however, I'm the owner and CEO of my company which is worldwide so I am not able to gain a consistent amount of sleep or even necessarily the same time routinely. This is also why meals are hard for me, I'm unable to set aside a consistent time for meals later in the day; also I can't snack throughout the day either. These two things are arguably the most important part of any cycle and while I understand that, my career does not allow for me to alter the dynamic much from the status quo.

I'm sure I've effe'd this log up, so please feel free to ask any questions, offer advice etc. I'm a blank slate!

forgot to mention all meat is lean. ground turkey is 99%fat free, organic chicken breasts, turkey bacon, turkey sausage etc. The one "cheat" I do, is all my veggies are the steamers bags from Birds Eye as it is a huge time saver in my day. any butter is I can't believe it's not butter spray, and I consume between 84-128oz of water daily.
 
no need to consume 'lean meat' fattier cuts of meat are actually better for you believe it or not. also sausage, bacon are processed meats. i would stick to healthier options for protein choices. eggs, fatty cuts of meat, organs, and bone broth are far superior options.

High cholesterol runs in my family. I’ve been eating lean and organic meats since I was a teenager

Dietary cholesterol is a completely different thing than having high cholesterol. You should definitely be eating foods like whole eggs, fatty cuts of meat.

good fats will not cause cholesterol problems man

Americans have piss poor heart health not because they consume good fats, its because they don't consume good fats. ask any smart cardiologist and they will tell you that healthy fats omega's are extremely important my man

example good quality pastured eggs contain 70% of the cholesterol we are supposed to get in a day right? but that doesn't mean if you eat 2 eggs you are gonna end up with high cholesterol. that myth was debunked years ago. just because a certain food contains cholesterol in it doesn't mean that will casue your total cholesterol to rise. and americans don't have poor cholesterol levels cause of eggs, they have them due to poor diet and lifestyle, stressors in our lives and not just emotional stress but more importantly in a lot of cases stressor from waht we eat and drink will cause poor cholesterol levels.

i guarantee you if you consume fruits, veggies, and homemade bone broth (which contains a shit ton of fat) for the next month your cholesterol levels will look better then ever

I appreciate that @QuadSweep but again I’m not in a position to do it. Logistics of where my offices are and my involvement in d2d ops make that next to impossible. And no I can’t trim back my involvement. So this is the hand I’m dealt and have to make the best of it.
 
Ha! That’s funny!! I haven’t napped since middle school. My work hours are fairly rigid due to the demands and there’s not much I can do about that.

@Mobster, I get it I really do. It’s just truly not an option. I’ve got 7k employees in 6 states and 1 international office. Stuff going on at all of them that I have to deal with; negotiations, training, etc etc. if I get 6 hours of sleep I’m lucky, so I settle for 5-5.5 and call it a day.
