Using cardarine the right way

I was wondering if i can use cardarine gw the following way
I set a year goal of losing weight and getting into shape
My plan is to use it this way:
10 weeks on, 40mgs a day
10 weeks off. 5mgs a day
10 weeks on 50mgs a day
12 weeks off 10mgs a day
And so on. Gradually increasing the dosage then coming off to a small dose
I plan on training daily 15 minutes of HIIT.
How much weight can i lose? I’m 23 years old. 5’8’’ and 245 pounds with 30%+ body fat
 
no your plan is HORRENDOUS and completely wrong... its 20 mg per day, MAX... No human can tell you how much weight you can lose either.. noone here can control your diet and training and as far as i know or last checked, there are no psychics on here...
 
yeah i agree with dg. just run it 20mgs a day which is the recommended dose for 99% of people. stop trying to be fancy

Not even close. It's 20mg a day - every damn time

Hi everyone,
Im new to cardarine, just finished a 4-andro cycle of 2 month and now just started my pct 3 days ago.
Can I use cardarine with my pct cycle or better wait a while before using ?
As a newbi is 10mg a day good to start off with?
I also have a bottle of mk 677
