DIET:
0600 - 1 banana, 1c black, blue and razzberries mixed, 1 scoop protein, 1/2c oats, 1tsp honey and 1tsp psyllium husk blended with water
1100 - 2 peaches, 1c cottage cheese, 1 avocado tossed with 5oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and feta dressed with olive oil and balsamic.
2000 - 8oz grilled, blackened tilapia topped with peppers and onions. 2c arugula tossed in olive oil and lemon juice topped with goat cheese. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.
TRAINING:

SLEEP: 2100 - 0500 approx 8 hours.
