Approved Log Simon Doc TRT and Sarms Log

Diet, Training and Updates
Wed 06.28.23

DIET:
0600 - 1 banana, 1c blueberries, 1 scoop protein, 1tsp honey, 1c vanilla greek yogurt and 1tsp psyllium husk blended with water

1130 - 2c Chicken Brussel bake, (shredded chicken, brussel sprouts halved, shred mozz, chopped bacon and caesar dressing. 5oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and blue cheese, dressed with olive oil and balsamic

1600 - 2 peaches, 1c cottage cheese, 1 apple

1930 - 10oz pan seared, baked wild caught halibut w 1.5c brown rice and 1.5c mixed, sliced cucumbers and baby bells tossed with olive oils salt and pepper, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

TRAINING:
Rest day

SLEEP: 2130 - 0530 approx 9 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:Fish Oil triglyceride form 5.5g (DHA 2.2g, EPA 880mg, CLA 350mg). Glucosamine HCl 1.5g, Chondroitin 1.2g, Magnesium 300mg, (taurate, glycinate and malate). 7 caps N2G, NAC 1g, Milk Thistle 1g, Tudca 300mg.

@Mobster I trained tuesday, off wednesday and will train again thurs and friday. I swapped sunday with monday this week. i lift twice a week and jiujitsu twice a week at a minimum. some weeks I get a third day of one or the other sometimes both, sometimes only train 4 days a week. depends on what's going on in my life and how i am feeling. I volunteer in the community and have other obligations I am responsible for outside of earning a paycheck and training. so yes, another day of not training.
Cool. I also do stuff within our local community

DIET:
0600 - 1 banana, 1c oatmeal, 1 scoop protein, 1tsp honey and 1tsp psyllium husk blended with water.

1030 - 2c Chicken Brussel bake, (shredded chicken, brussel sprouts halved, shred mozz, chopped bacon and caesar dressing. 2 peaches, 1c cottage cheese.

1430 - 1 avacado w 5oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and blue cheese, dressed with olive oil and balsamic

1530 - 1 apple

2100 - 2 - 6oz Asian dumpling sausages from the butcher, (basically pot sicker without the dough) 2c mixed edamame and sliced cucumbers, 1c brown rice. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 120 minutes

SLEEP: 2200 - 0500 approx 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos

I was curious about tren haha. I was wondering what would of happen if I started tren my first cycle. Probably would be lifelined within a week or two , Who knows.
@fart13 there is a podcast "evolutinary.org" hosted by mobster and stevesmi, they talk about tren in depth and it certainly is not a beginner steroid by any means. I think I heard them suggest like 4 or 5 cycles under your belt before trying. It's the king of all steroids for a reason and I am no where near there yet.

Yeah I saw some kid on tiktok who tried tren and he literally only had only all the negative sides and gained none of the benefits. His back acne was beyond repair lol
 
Jiu-jitsu thursday night had me pretty wrecked Friday. Very sore and worn out upper and lower back. I did Bench and Squat but it was very light for a set after warm up. Just felt really heavy. Even incline dumbell presses were rough.

I don’t see how you guys do jiujitsu I don’t have the lungs for it.
@ballin2504 its insane. I used to run and I was a cyclist, never breathed this effing hard, ever. Some days I wake up and my lungs are sore like quads after a good leg day. When I started I was 238 pounds. Now I'm 219 and have only been doing it for 6 months.
