Weighed in at 225.6 pounds today, slowly and steady dropping weight. Seem to be looking leaner too. BF calculation scheduled for this upcoming Saturday. Seems like the SARMS are starting to take effect now.

0600 - 50mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009.

0630 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 3 N2G caps.

0730 - 2 breakfast sandwiches, (English muffin, 2 eggs, slice of American, 2 pieces centercut bacon)

1200 - bacon blue burger with no bun, lettuce, tomato and red onion. smoked gouda grit cake,

1400 - 10mg SR-9009, 2 caps N2G

1830 - 10mg SR-9009,

1900 - 2 - 6oz panko breaded and pan seared tilapia. 2c blanched snap peas. 1 scoop protein w 10 oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk fiber.

TRAINING: rest day

SLEEP: 2030 - 0430 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon

1630 - 10mg SR-9009,
