I strength train 2 to 3 times a week, jiu-jitsu training 2 to 3 times a week and ride a bicycle for cardio when I can get it in. I will walk 4 to 5 miles on any given day at work as well.

1330 - 1 slice carrot cake

1800 - 14oz baby back ribs without bones, 1.5c greens and diced bacon, 1.5 homemade pasta salad with grilled vegetables, ½ loaded baked russet potato.

SLEEP: 2200 - 0600 approx 8 hours.
