Pre and post workout ideas for training

so I am currently doing a 5-day split and I usually take 2 days off per week to get in my 5 days. But sometimes only work out 4 days and then push that extra day into the next week
anyway my question is besides weight training and doing 20 sets per day what are some pre and post-workout strategies for improving. For example stretching do you stretch before and after or just after?

preworkout I take cardazol and do 20min cardio thats best pre
 
you need to warm up before you train, that is crucial. stretching needs to be AFTER your workout and honestly i would do some quality stretching yoga on non workout days. the best athletes in the world across the board are all flexible yet the avg gym rat has horrible flexibility
