Hey lads,
I am going to start my cycle and would appreciate your feedback.

My info ;
Age : 26 Y
Height : 5’9
Weight : 149 pounds
Bodyfot : 12,9 %

I started my bulk 1 1/2 months ago and will start doing testo prop 100mg every second day (in the morning) for 8-12 weeks on the first of Jan and continue my bulk for the rest of the cycle. Nolvadex 4 days after the cycle. Start with 40mg per day for two weeks and decrease to 20mg per day for the other two weeks.
I’ve read a lot of logs here and get the feeling that you all like testo e more. But I’m not afraid of needles and the more stable blood pressure (and less likely to get acne and other symptoms ?) will be worth it for me.

Goal for me is +35lbs muscles and 10% Bodyfat - not all in one cycle obviously ;)
It’s my first testo cycle, but Ive done an anavar cycle 2 months ago. (50mg a day).

Diet :
10% surplus

2800kcal
307g carbs
239g protein
60g fat

Supplements : Creatine, Vitamins, Omega 3, Magnesium

Breakfast :
Coffee, Oats, fruits, whey and peanut butter

Lunch :
3 Tortilla Wraps, veg. , 5 egg whites, ground beef light

1 Banane before my Workout
Workout
1 Whey Shake afterwards

Dinner :
1/2 Avocado, Rice, Chicken, eggplant, zucchini, red pepper

Before Bed : 1 Whey Shake


Training :

Monday: Chest, Back, Abs


Chest :

but diet how much oats you eating? give us overall more details

share it please
 
make sure you're posting your daily updates
instead of posting what you did for the entire week in one post
 
don't depend on shakes to get in your calories and protein
this is the most important thing that you can do right now since you have to grow some real muscle
 
I like your splits on your workouts
can you update us more often though we want to see daily updates

next thing though we need to see your training pictures and your food pictures that would be really cool
also make sure you're eating some quality meals instead of little snacks here and there

I was getting my blood work done yesterday, waiting for the results and then start the cycle. I'll update my workout and meals daily then.

@kyst__ post your blood work when you have it

but how about your meals and training waiting now to PREP for the cycle not before

and you have a good base for muscle building
 
you definitely have a lot of room to put on some size make sure you build consistency to your training and your stressing out the muscles where they are forced to grow
