never tried sarms before

Newbie
I'm not quite ready to use sarms yet because I'm still gathering information on how best to use it. But I'm trying to pick your guys as brains who have tried it before and what have you guys learn.
what advice would you give to someone who has never tried sarms before. Also what kind of results did you guys get from them?
 
If you havent tried sarms and want to jump on start slow with gw/osta 8 weeks. 8 week cycle 20mgs cardarine 50mgs ostarine with some cardazol for a good mix.
 
sarms are great for beginners... i would highly suggest reading my sarms articles... start here and read them all

I would highly recommend reading the articles that Dylan gave you! His articles are priceless information and also check out his youtube page.
 
I just recommend reading as much as you can. For me, I enjoy them for the lack of side effects. I have learned that Cardarine is a great compound for cutting.
