Just picked up this from Amazon, this will help with progress photos and it has a clicker so I can take photos in proper lighting and not have to tell my girlfriend when to snap the picture lol

I’m not trying being nasty at all. You told me I NEED to start the cutting, which I already have and I posted my macros and a couple pictures of my meals. But like I said this log is for me. If I’m being told what to do then it takes the fun an excitement out of it for me. My body is a science experiment, so I’m gonna eat the foods that I want to eat, the ratios that I want to eat. And like I said if you guys wanna watch along for the ride that’s cool. Much respect to all of you. I forget who it was. Somebody told me the other day that I can’t have cheese that I need to do avocado instead. But I can be in a deficit and eat cheese.
