Isolateral bench press

97 pounds 20 reps

147 pound 15 reps

Chest flies without hand elbows only

100 pounds 20 reps

115 15 reps

High to low curl machine

50 pounds 15 reps

60 pounds each arm 15 reps

Strict curl machine 50kg 12 reps

50kg 15 reps

Rope hammer curl

For my cycle in July I’m considering running 400mg deca for 10 weeks and 375 test 16 weeks and 30 dbol for 6 weeks. Along with 50mg proviron. I watched the evolutionary.org podcast on a deca cycle I was wondering if running more than 150 test per week will hinder the results of both compounds or would it just be unnecessary to run more test than that. Also should I consider using dostinex in addition to my aromasin and n2guards

and on the training perfect on the 15 reps and cardio NICE

high deca and test and dbol is a tough one bro
you do need n2guard and aromasin, dostinex under question

listen to tell you to run a bulk like this we need to see your base picture first can you share pic face blurred please?
because deca/dbol going to bloat you, so we need to see your base bro :)

@Monogordo5 you wont boost prolactin with nandrolone it will be progesterone so you dont need dostinex

Will probably get pics up sometime this week. I got good a pic from the front but didn’t like how back and legs came out. I thought deca durabolin would raise your prolactin levels when ran at high doses since Dylan gemelli was talking about it on his video for deca
