I’m going to be running my first triathlon in the next 3 months. I want to make sure that I give myself the best chance. I plan on training pretty much every day or at least six times a week. I’m concerned about my endurance. That’s definitely my weak spot when it comes to the running portion of the triathlon. How much do GW501516 and Sr9009 do you recommend that I use? Should I go with 20 mg each per day consistently?
