I'm looking for your advice on using LGD and rad together to help me bulk up. I was thinking of 25 milligrams of LGD and 20 milligrams of rad. I'm 5'6" and 145 pounds. I think I have room to get better and bigger. What do you guys think?
I like LGD. It's one of the most well-researched SARMs and one of the most used SARMs. You can get good results anywhere from 5 to 30 milligrams a day.
