Whats a good starter for test? there are so many options I see a TRT formula with

Test Cypionate or Test Enanthate is the two you want to look into going with, they are the most user friendly starting out.

I would be 100mg Monday & 100mg Friday thus making 200mg total each week of test keep it easy and simple.

You could definitely start out at .5mg a week split into two separate doses for

anastrozole being the anti estrogen medication. Take .25 Monday and .25 on Friday keeping it sweet and simple.

I would start out with 200mg it's going to take atleast 6 weeks to build up blood serum concentration in the body and blood stream when utilizing Test C or Test E .

Hopefully that helps you out a little bit brother, any other questions post on your log and we will definitely help out anytime we can.

Even right now I'm running a cycle and I'm only doing 225mg of Test Cypionate a week it doesn't take much when u nail the diet and the training plus recovery

@eternalzunshine testosterone cypionate is mainly used for TRT but I like the enanthate ester personally.

200mgs testosterone enanthate and 5mgs aromasin EOD not arimidex.

I haven't bought anything yet I was still considering anavar and nolvadex or Tbol instead as I really shouldn't be doing needles... But test seems to be a better choice just need to nut up

Pinning really isn't bad once you get used to doing it and we can help you out etc, if you do go the oral route make sure you run liver and organ support like n2guard.

Also tbol is a good choice as it does not convert into estrogen pretty mild, I will say from what I've seen most guys who start with orals end up ditching them for injectable compounds somewhere down the line.
 
here's todays 16/8 IF log:
11am half cup yogurt combined with protein granola and powdered peanut butter 250 cal 25 grams protein, one cup whole milk little over one scoop muscle milk protein 28g protein 290 cal, one small banana 70 cal
1PM little under 2 cups chicken breast 400 calories 80 grams protein, 3 cups spinach leaves 6g protein 20 calories, dressing 50 calories
5PM 1 and a half cups chicken breast 300 calories 60 grams protein, 1 can tuna 100 calories 24 grams protein, 1 banana 70 cal

total for the day 1550 calories / 220 grams protein

Noticed my body weight was running 5 lbs lower this morning after not eating in the night time at 212 lbs when I woke up.
 
Cut day 3 (leg day)
weighed in at 213 this morning

16/8 IF log

11am 1 and 1/2 cups 90/10 hamburger with mustard and 1 serving protein granola 650 calories 44 grams protein
4pm 4 medium eggs 280 calories 28g protein
5pm 1 cup whole milk half serving protein powder 290 calories 24 grams protein
6pm 2 cups chicken breast 3 cups spinach and half cup rice 465 calories 95 grams protein
total 1800 calories 191 grams protein

Realized today that ground beef is not the way - having missed my protein goal slightly... Back to chicken and tuna tomorrow :/ Salmon and steak when I get paid friday :)

Felt weak on my leg lifts today but hit all my sets and didn't have to go down any weight just had to work harder. Also decided I won't be squatting every leg day during cut because it uses so much energy.. probably once every 3 leg days just for maintenance.

Nice job I would even tell you to decrease your eating window to 4 or 6 hours or less

was thinking of going to 6 hours next week but letting my body adjust a bit I have a busy work schedule and a lot of stuff I need energy for. Last IF I did was 4 hours and it did help me lose almost 40 lbs but I also failed and ate before my fast was up a lot of times. Easing in this time so my body takes it better. Appreciate you Steve I did listen to one of your fasting podcasts on evolutionary yesterday

213 is a start and lets keep the fasting into 8 hours this week
but next week cut your feeding window to 6 hours
so 18 hours fast 6 hours eating
