put on the science officers robe. Mr Ashy Slashy is needing out. He knows the drill to the fridge for water, Rockstar and sup's. He wanted out ASAP. So he dose his sniff and pee show, and went to the door. He wants to go back to bed.. Speaking of I want to set him up a treadmill so he can run when myself or the Son are not here. That way Mrs. Creeper can run him safely. And yesterday I spotted a treadmill in the neighbors driveway that would work perfect. I'm going to try to talk to him later today.
The Creeper's dungeon is needed! I started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 25 minutes. Started to tighten up. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Finished off with my old school standard stretches. It feels like its going to be a long day.

Then as customary now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. At 30 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 or 5 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders.
Since doing the shoulder stretches I have not had any hitching in them.
* Then set up with yoga blocks and did 20 push up's. Everything seems smooth and controlled. Did 15 mores a slow and controlled descent and a strong acceleration out of the hole. (+5 reps)
* Pull up's – today, the belt again with 25 lbs. And was able to do 5 pretty easily. Took a rest and... pull off 5 more. Rest.... 9 more... 5x2 and set 3 at 9 stall with 25lb plate. (+1 rep)
* I started doing what I call goose curls. If you know how to do a normal curl. Rotating wrist down to the ground. 20lbs. Keep wrist bent. Curl up letting the bar sit in the hook of the fingers and curl up allowing the wrist to be pulled down as you curl up to 80% or so. You do this right all forearms. 10 reps X 5 sets. = Freak forearms

Had a Jaguar to finish up fist thing so a bunch of walking was not needed right away. That was awesome to ease into the day and loosen up a bit before walking everywhere.
Amanda had a decent night sleep too. She wasn't up and down all night with gut issues thats a win too. And yes I put up the 9mm so I didn't wake up freaking out over a worm looking at me. All be it I did sleep with boxers on just incase.

Was not able to catch the neighbor with the treadmill they didn't answer the door anyway.

TEAM USP BODYBUILDING NEWS
AUG 17/2026

GLOBAL HEADLINE — THE PASSING OF DWAYNE “KING Q” QUAMINA
The bodybuilding world is shaken.
Dwayne “King Q” Quamina — elite IFBB Pro, 212/Open crossover threat. Has passed at 40, days after stepping on stage at the Lenda Murray Atlanta Pro Supershow.
He did make first call out and finished 6th.
Tributes from top pros and coaches flood every platform, honoring his discipline, humility, and competitive fire. In his last video on line in was clear he had an upper respiratory issue. Possibly pneumonia, he was taking antibiotics. He had previously, taking years off to take a hiatus to get his heart health in check. He had chest pains as well as statements that he was cleared by his doctors to compete. From previous complications. Left ventricular, hypertrophy was mentioned. If he still had an enlarged heart and pneumonia this was the perfect storm of pushing yourself to the limit when sick and having heart issues.
• He passed with a positive attitude of what he was doing, thats anyone of us! This is a reminder to get checked often. And stay on top of your health! Don't try and be a tough guy/girl and push through an illness!

NICK WALKER — 6‑WEEKS‑OUT “CRUISE CONTROL” PACKAGE
Nick Walker drops a physique update that shakes up the Olympia conversation.
• Lean All Year: No 300‑lb offseason. Walker stayed razor‑lean, eliminating the usual rebound phase.
• Dhaliwal System: Under Prabh Dhaliwal, Walker claims he feels “a week out” already — density, dryness, and midsection tightness all ahead of schedule.
• Olympia Threat Level: Analysts elevate him into the real Sandow‑contender tier.
• MILOS SARCEV & LEGEND PANEL — WALKER VS THE BIG THREE
A stacked panel breaks down Walker’s threat level against Derek Lunsford, Samson Dauda, and Hadi Choopan.
• Pros: Hardness and conditioning “on a different level.”
• Cons: Front lat spread still the structural weak point — the one mandatory pose Derek, Samson, and Hadi can exploit.
• Outcome: If Walker’s front lat holds, he becomes a legitimate disruptor to the Olympia top 5
• PHIL HEATH & KAI GREENE — OLYMPIA 2026 TEASE
Phil Heath and Kai Greene reunite on stage during Olympia Prep media.
No comeback. No prep.
But they tease a “special collaborative appearance” at The Orleans during Olympia weekend (Sept 24–27).
Nostalgia spike. Fanbase meltdown. Era‑bridging moment incoming.
• INTERNATIONAL PRO SHOWS — LATE‑SEASON QUALIFIER WAVE
Nashville Fit Show (USA):
Massive rosters locked in for Bikini, Wellness, Men’s Physique — athletes chasing final auto‑qualifications.
Huanji China Harbin Pro (China)
• Bikini — Liling Wang
• Classic Physique — Michael Daboul
• Men’s Physique — Siang Wang
Sur Pro Cup Argentina (Buenos Aires)
• 212 — Andrey Pereira
• Wellness — Karla Sanchez
Pharlabs Mexico Grand Battle Pro (Monterrey)
• Bikini — Cassandra De La Rosa
• Men’s Physique — Ismael Martinez Dominguez
These shows tighten the global qualification window as Olympia approaches.
• OLYMPIA 2026 — HIERARCHY SHIFT
• Walker’s update forces analysts to reconsider top‑5 projections.
• Milos Sarcev’s commentary adds pressure to Derek, Samson, and Hadi.
• International winners add new names to the qualification board.
• Phil & Kai’s tease boosts Olympia weekend hype across all divisions.

TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
King Q’s passing hits the sport at its core a reminder of the human cost behind pushing yourself to the limit.
Walker’s update isn’t hype. it’s a warning shot to all.
Milos’ panel didn’t sugarcoat anything: Walker is dangerous, but the front lat is still the weak point.
Phil and Kai teasing a joint appearance? That’s storyline in it self. Olympia 2026 is becoming a narrative war, not just a physique war.
