put on the science officers robe. Mr Ashy Slashy is needing out. He knows the drill to the fridge for water, Rockstar and sup's. He wanted out ASAP. So he dose his sniff and pee show, and went to the door. He wants to go back to bed.. Speaking of I want to set him up a treadmill so he can run when myself or the Son are not here. That way Mrs. Creeper can run him safely. And yesterday I spotted a treadmill in the neighbors driveway that would work perfect. I'm going to try to talk to him later today.
The Creeper's dungeon is needed! I started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 25 minutes. Started to tighten up. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Finished off with my old school standard stretches. It feels like its going to be a long day. 😁🔥Then as customary now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. At 30 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 or 5 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders.
Since doing the shoulder stretches I have not had any hitching in them.

* Then set up with yoga blocks and did 20 push up's. Everything seems smooth and controlled. Did 15 mores a slow and controlled descent and a strong acceleration out of the hole. (+5 reps)

* Pull up's – today, the belt again with 25 lbs. And was able to do 5 pretty easily. Took a rest and... pull off 5 more. Rest.... 9 more... 5x2 and set 3 at 9 stall with 25lb plate. (+1 rep)

* I started doing what I call goose curls. If you know how to do a normal curl. Rotating wrist down to the ground. 20lbs. Keep wrist bent. Curl up letting the bar sit in the hook of the fingers and curl up allowing the wrist to be pulled down as you curl up to 80% or so. You do this right all forearms. 10 reps X 5 sets. = Freak forearms

Had a Jaguar to finish up fist thing so a bunch of walking was not needed right away. That was awesome to ease into the day and loosen up a bit before walking everywhere.
Amanda had a decent night sleep too. She wasn't up and down all night with gut issues thats a win too. And yes I put up the 9mm so I didn't wake up freaking out over a worm looking at me. All be it I did sleep with boxers on just incase. 🤨
Was not able to catch the neighbor with the treadmill they didn't answer the door anyway.

🕊️ GLOBAL HEADLINE — THE PASSING OF DWAYNE “KING Q” QUAMINA
The bodybuilding world is shaken.
Dwayne “King Q” Quamina — elite IFBB Pro, 212/Open crossover threat. Has passed at 40, days after stepping on stage at the Lenda Murray Atlanta Pro Supershow.
He did make first call out and finished 6th.
Tributes from top pros and coaches flood every platform, honoring his discipline, humility, and competitive fire. In his last video on line in was clear he had an upper respiratory issue. Possibly pneumonia, he was taking antibiotics. He had previously, taking years off to take a hiatus to get his heart health in check. He had chest pains as well as statements that he was cleared by his doctors to compete. From previous complications. Left ventricular, hypertrophy was mentioned. If he still had an enlarged heart and pneumonia this was the perfect storm of pushing yourself to the limit when sick and having heart issues.
• He passed with a positive attitude of what he was doing, thats anyone of us! This is a reminder to get checked often. And stay on top of your health! Don't try and be a tough guy/girl and push through an illness!

🚀 NICK WALKER — 6‑WEEKS‑OUT “CRUISE CONTROL” PACKAGE
Nick Walker drops a physique update that shakes up the Olympia conversation.

• Lean All Year: No 300‑lb offseason. Walker stayed razor‑lean, eliminating the usual rebound phase.
• Dhaliwal System: Under Prabh Dhaliwal, Walker claims he feels “a week out” already — density, dryness, and midsection tightness all ahead of schedule.
• Olympia Threat Level: Analysts elevate him into the real Sandow‑contender tier.

• MILOS SARCEV & LEGEND PANEL — WALKER VS THE BIG THREE
A stacked panel breaks down Walker’s threat level against Derek Lunsford, Samson Dauda, and Hadi Choopan.

• Pros: Hardness and conditioning “on a different level.”
• Cons: Front lat spread still the structural weak point — the one mandatory pose Derek, Samson, and Hadi can exploit.
• Outcome: If Walker’s front lat holds, he becomes a legitimate disruptor to the Olympia top 5

• PHIL HEATH & KAI GREENE — OLYMPIA 2026 TEASE
Phil Heath and Kai Greene reunite on stage during Olympia Prep media.
No comeback. No prep.
But they tease a “special collaborative appearance” at The Orleans during Olympia weekend (Sept 24–27).
Nostalgia spike. Fanbase meltdown. Era‑bridging moment incoming.

• INTERNATIONAL PRO SHOWS — LATE‑SEASON QUALIFIER WAVE

Nashville Fit Show (USA):
Massive rosters locked in for Bikini, Wellness, Men’s Physique — athletes chasing final auto‑qualifications.

Huanji China Harbin Pro (China)
• Bikini — Liling Wang
• Classic Physique — Michael Daboul
• Men’s Physique — Siang Wang

Sur Pro Cup Argentina (Buenos Aires)
• 212 — Andrey Pereira
• Wellness — Karla Sanchez

Pharlabs Mexico Grand Battle Pro (Monterrey)
• Bikini — Cassandra De La Rosa
• Men’s Physique — Ismael Martinez Dominguez

These shows tighten the global qualification window as Olympia approaches.

• OLYMPIA 2026 — HIERARCHY SHIFT
• Walker’s update forces analysts to reconsider top‑5 projections.
• Milos Sarcev’s commentary adds pressure to Derek, Samson, and Hadi.
• International winners add new names to the qualification board.
• Phil & Kai’s tease boosts Olympia weekend hype across all divisions.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
King Q’s passing hits the sport at its core a reminder of the human cost behind pushing yourself to the limit.
Walker’s update isn’t hype. it’s a warning shot to all.
Milos’ panel didn’t sugarcoat anything: Walker is dangerous, but the front lat is still the weak point.
Phil and Kai teasing a joint appearance? That’s storyline in it self. Olympia 2026 is becoming a narrative war, not just a physique war.

He totally ignored him having pneumonia. He should have taken time off and healed.

We can be too focused and driven and, indeed, selfish. The biggest impact here is on his family.

I, as a man, have very nearly collapsed in the street outside my doctors because I also ignored my incident of pneumonia. I was stupid.

Headed to the Creeper dungeon. Did yoga for 30 minutes stretch out very deep before getting on the treadmill for 25 minutes. Did a few minutes of work on my shoulders in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets. Turned on some heavy metal this morning. Needed the kick in the ass.

* 193.5 This morning
* 7.05 hrs sleep with Cpap. My watch recorded kinda ruff night.

• WORK SETS —

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
115 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean and planned. Feeling very easy to move, it felt so good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized quickly in the back, upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15 on the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. The added 20 is really lighting me up right off the jump.

• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 25 reps. Take 60 seconds, Taking the time here is key to push the reps up. Keep the plan. Set 5 was a push and ground out the 25. set 6 at 15 I was fatiguing hard keep breathing under control and focused on this last 10. Took 5 minutes to recover.
Unilateral rounds push for 25 on each side for 6 sets. Uni got 25 reps on all but the last 2 were much more challenging and had to really dig deep to 23 and 22. Had to take a few minutes to recover, felt a bit sick. I tried my best on this Lev. 🤙🫡

• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 15, 15
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is smooth. upper & mid traps. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working harder than normal. Adding the weight on barbell rows is having a lasting effect.
And pushing reps on pull downs.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. This is feeling good. Letting the weight pull out my arms. You can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 25, 25, 24. We stay even. Back is thrashed!

• Standing Cable Curls
60 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms are always happy to do this. Tension kept on each arm for a set. This is done in a way – hard pull up...slow on the way down. This is the shaper or the bi's peak. I enjoy dumbbells. But the tension is here constant. Get into the deep stretch on this, where the arm is behind you a bit. 12 x 4 and 10 x 2 for the sets.

• Pullovers
80 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel you open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded. Disciplined and controlled movements. Arch the back up in extended flattening out bringing it up. This is more than a lat movement. It builds core and deep on the tri's. And dam, it felt good today.

• Extra sets, Creeper curl
60 seconds between sets. Hand pronation away from you. Letting the wrist bend coming up and flattening out on the way down.
Slow and controlled on the first 5, quicker on the second 5 to really pump the blood in.
15 lbs x 4 sets. Hit 10 reps for all 4. This is the finisher for the bi's and forearms.

• Pull up's, I did 5, with the belt and 25 lbs.I rested a minute and I knew it was done for the day.

*DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Total Calories: 3,800~4,200
- Total Protein: 400-420
- Total Carbs: ~460–480g
- Total Fat: ~75–110g
- Total Sodium: ~3,800–4,400mg
- Had a table spoon of honey pre workout
- been adding extra protein powder to shakes.

• OVERALL NOTES
The normal calm time I get to write and eat was full of kids yelling mom freaking out. Trying to get out the door. Ash man came and sat with me to stay out the way. I did enjoy the carousel of chaos. I know this time will pass too and I know to a teen its the most important thing in the world to be cool and accepted by new friends to come. As well as the nerves being fractured and emotional charged. Little do they know life is so much deeper than whats in front of their nose. And definitely isn't as earth shattering as it seems to them. All I can do is smile. And remind them, enjoy this. It only happens once!

🔥 Top Athlete Social Media Physique Updates

Samson Dauda – Double-Daily Posing & Bulletproof Lower Body
Samson Dauda has officially shifted into double-daily posing sessions—morning and afternoon—hammering pose endurance round-after-round to make holding shots effortless on stage. His latest leg/chest workout drop shows him chasing a “bulletproof” lower body while tightening posing stamina as the key weapon to reclaim the Sandow at the 2026 Mr. Olympia.

•Derek Lunsford – Rare Upper-Body Density Update ( Still not full body shots )
Derek Lunsford shared a rare physique update featuring dense size, grainier conditioning, and brutal back detail. Analysts are already pointing out that his upper-body fullness looks ahead of his 2025 prep timeline, reinforcing why the reigning champ is still the man everyone has to beat–out in Las Vegas.

• Ryan Terry – Men’s Physique Title Defense Check-In
Reigning Men’s Physique Olympia champion Ryan Terry posted a 7.5‑weeks‑out check-in with a razor V‑taper and crisp abs as he locks in his title defense. He also recently broke down the five back exercises that built his 3x Olympia-winning look, giving fans a direct blueprint for his division-dominant shape.

Ramon Dino – Classic Physique “Peeled” Warning Shot
Classic Physique star Ramon “Dino” Queiroz dropped a 5.5‑weeks‑out update showing peeled condition with minimal body fat as he heads into his title defense. The look screams “already stage-ready,” sending a clear message to anyone chasing him in Classic.

• Nick Walker – Men’s Open Mass Threat Continues
Nick Walker fired off a massive 6‑weeks‑out physique update, doubling down on his claim that he “can’t be beat” at the 2026 Olympia as long as he controls his midsection. The combo of freaky size and tightening waist keeps him locked in as a top Open threat.

• Other Global Bodybuilding News

• Gary Strydom & Miloš Šarčev – Samson’s X‑Frame Breakdown
Veteran Gary Strydom went viral after breaking down Samson Dauda’s elite X‑frame genetics, arguing that if Dauda nails a 90s‑style hard-density peak without flattening out, he becomes virtually unstoppable. This lines up with recent analyst takes from Phil Heath and Shawn Ray, who both see Dauda as the biggest “if he nails it, it’s over” wildcard in the Open lineup.

• Phil Heath & Shawn Ray – 2026 Olympia Alarm on Dauda
Phil Heath has publicly stated that if Samson Dauda gets truly peeled, “it’s a wrap” at the 2026 Mr. Olympia, while Shawn Ray has sounded a “911” alarm over Dauda’s lagging prep and timing. The split narrative—unstoppable upside vs. prep red flags—makes Dauda the most volatile storyline five weeks out.

• Lee Priest – Anton Ratushnyi to Men’s Open?
Lee Priest urged young standout Anton Ratushnyi to move into Men’s Open, calling out his huge upside and even assigning probability-style odds to Andrew Jacked’s Olympia chances. It adds more fuel to the “next wave” conversation as the Open division keeps stacking new threats behind the current title contenders.

• Hany Rambod & Wesley Vissers – Chest Fullness Tweaks
Hany Rambod recently dropped chest fullness tips for Classic Physique contender Wesley Vissers less than six weeks out from the Olympia, focusing on strategic volume and exercise selection to keep his front shots popping without sacrificing detail.

• International Rosters Dropped – Brazil Pro & Chicago Pro
Official IFBB Pro rosters have been released for the Musclecontest International Brazil Pro and Tim Gardner Productions Chicago Pro, marking the final regional pushes for athletes chasing remaining Olympia qualification slips before the September cutoff. Men’s Physique news outlets have highlighted deep international lineups, especially in Men’s Physique and Classic Physique, where late surges could reshuffle the Vegas stage.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
And had a few to catch up on!

Five weeks out from the 2026 Mr. Olympia and the sport has officially split into two groups.
the killers… and the excuses.
And the last 24 hours made it painfully obvious who belongs where.
Samson Dauda finally woke up. Double‑daily posing isn’t “grind culture,” it’s go time, the kind you get when you realize your genetics can win the whole damn show but only if you stop coasting. His frame is world-ending, but his prep swings harder than a malfunctioning pendulum. If he nails it, everyone else is fighting for silver. If he misses, he’s just another “almost” story. No athlete in the Open has a bigger gap between destiny and disaster.
Derek Lunsford? He’s not posting updates he’s posting eviction notices. Grainier, fuller, ahead of schedule, zero panic. Derek looks like a man who already knows the trophy is staying exactly where it is. Everyone else is talking about winning. Derek is preparing like he’s defending a kingdom. There’s a difference.
Nick Walker is still the division’s walking red alert. Every time he shows skin, the internet melts down. Half the world says he’s unbeatable, half says he’s a risk. Reality check: if Nick’s midsection stays locked, he’s a podium problem nobody wants deal with. Freak factor still matters, and Nick has more of it than the rest of the top five combined.
Classic Physique is turning into a bloodbath.
Ramon Dino is already peeled — not “ahead,” not “tight,” but peeled! at 5.5 weeks out. That’s nightmare fuel for anyone hoping he fades late. Wesley Vissers is dialing chest fullness under Hany’s microscope. Urs is silent. And the Cbum camp is radio silent, which is exactly how champions suffocate hope.
Men’s Physique? Ryan Terry is prepping like he’s allergic to losing. His 7.5‑week check-in wasn’t clean it was surgical. The division is stacked, but Terry still looks like the man everyone else is trying to imitate.
Global news is just as polarized
Gary Strydom calling Samson “virtually unstoppable.”
Shawn Ray sounding alarms.
Phil Heath saying it’s “a wrap” if Samson gets peeled.
Lee Priest pushing Anton Ratushnyi toward Men’s Open.
Brazil Pro and Chicago Pro rosters dropping as athletes scramble for the last golden tickets.
And the loss of Dwayne Quamina it’s risk, sacrifice, and consequences.
This isn’t Olympia season.
This is survival season.
And the athletes who understand that are already separating themselves from the ones who still think they have time.

To the Creeper dungeon and start walking on the treadmill to a good jog. 35 minutes we hit target zone 125—135. Eat my spoon full of honey with some electrolytes. Then to the Yoga stretches. Loosened the back and legs. On to opening my chest up, as well as the Creeper stretches using 30lbs in hand, swirl the weight letting the shoulder fibers get stretched good. Slowing down and reverse the spin. Turn on some tunes and load the warm up sets.

• Leg Press

300 narrow stance today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads feeling fine. With narrow stance not getting as deep, great stretch. Easy to come out the hole. This is feeling good and controlled. keeping the knee straight by using my lifting belt and foam block. I am doing some isolation leg extensions to warm up. Focused on rhythmic movement and time under load. All sets to 12. Everything felt pretty good starting off.

• Cable Crunches
Staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets. I ran this up to 15. I take a solid 60 seconds to recover after set 3. I am still shaking hard by set 4 that the wall is starting, before it was the end of set 3, Bring the pain! The rest time in between sets is the only way to get this much done. This gets the blood flowing good. Heart rate up 130-145. Hot already, rolling sweat already.

• Romanian Deadlifts x 5
130lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 10. Then 8 and 7 Being methodically. Staying even with the book

• Calf Raises
140 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps. We added 10 lbs.
Do note this is on the Smith Machine.

• Hanging Leg Raises x 4, grips on.
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. Keep the work honest 10 reps with a rest of 30 seconds. I was lighting up in the abs. Did 8 reps, 2 more sets. We are staying even.

• Smith Machine Squats x 4
300 lbs, narrow stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 9, 7 for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels good with the toes slightly out. Kept even with reps.

• Hack squat x 3
started this off light as the finish touch. 170, 3 sets neutral stance, toes pushed down and straight 15,14,13 quads lighting up! Foam box is still being used. I am standing a bit higher than mid plate. We added 3 reps. I know we can add more just a bit redundant.

* Extra set Leg Curls
4 sets at 35lbs to start. 12×4

* Extra set pull up's
Did 5 X 3 with the 25lbs on the belt, I like to give a bit of relax hanging at the bottom at the end of a set just to unload the spine and stretching everything deeply.

• Notes of the Day
By the Time I was done with my workout and sit down to write out my log the house was in full circus mode of getting ready for school. I helped where I can. But its better if Ash and I stay out the way. I pack my bflb up protein shakes and powder. Chicken rice show and few snacks of bananas oranges and a few nuts.
It was a brutal hot day the coolers were not helping much as the humidity was high. We fired the guy next to me. And had to bat clean up on his shit work. Not too happy about it. But it pays the same any way you look at it. Till tomorrow my fam. ✌️🖖

* Pull up's – today, the belt again with 25 lbs. And was able to do 5 pretty easily. Took a rest and... pull off 5 more. Rest.... 8 more... 5x2 and set 3 at 8 stall with 25lb plate.

* I started doing what I call goose curls/ Creeper Curl.

Had this Dodge fix to keep going on. It is coming down to this is something wrong with the block or this is into screwed up the lifters somehow where he replaced one set? On a new cam? Anyway on to the home Amanda is coming back around. Still some lingering issues but nothing major. Will have some following up test to do to see if everything is killed off. The kids are already getting involved with ROTC, and football, things are about to get a lot more interesting.

☆PROUD TEAM USP CHAMPION☆

• Started the day at 0500. Mr Ash is sleeping away. Snoring loud. I get him up to do morning business. Science officers robe on. We get some water and Rockstar. And my daily supplements. Take him outside to go potty. We head in, he jumps in bed. I grab my pre loaded pin of USP gear.
Sustanon 500 at 50mg,
https://us-pharmacies.to/product/sustanon-500-mg-ml-10ml-vial-up/

Primo 50mg

Mast e 25mg https://us-pharmacies.to/product/drostanolone-enanthate/
Tren A 20mg

Gear beamed aboard, throw the science officers robe back on to finish the perimeter sweep, water the yard. Collect buttnuggets, 8 anabolic beautiful buttnuggys this morning. I hit the Creeper dungeon Turned on gangster rap mix. (I have been listening to EVO on the way to work) Started on the treadmill walking for 10 then bump it up to the jog hitting the target zone for 25 minutes. Start doing my yoga stretches getting everything loose and limber. So far feeling well. No major stress issues. So into work started off with my Creeper stretches slow circles with a 30 lb dumbbell on the bench at an angle to let the weight pull on the shoulders and warm. Set up warm up sets.

* 194.1 this morning
* 9hr 10min sleep. Cpap in use. New PR! This was a shock, I did fall asleep fast. But wow! Deep and rem, way up! Was in bed by 7pm got home at 6pm...lol

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press 12–18 reps × 5 sets @ 90 lbs per the voice @LevButlerov
12 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed hard I focus from deep stretch the weight just hanging on the pecks. From the bottom acceleration increases out of the hole to the top. To a center convergence. Slowing down to imagine and feeling squeezing the chest as tight as you can before locking up. On set 3 dropped back to 9 and 8 stalling into some partials to dropping the dumbbells. Added 10 lbs per side. 🫡 knocked off some reps. Could have done more dirty ones but I feel this is good place.

• Incline Dumbbell Flyes — 15°
10–15 reps × 4 sets 15lbs. Full stretch, slow squeeze. 15 reps on set 1. On set 2 did 14, then 13 on the rest of the sets. We stay even. I focused on keeping tempo in time. Then on the decent slow and controlled pause at maximum stretch. Feeling it pull on the chest open up really getting deep on the arms with a small bend at the elbows. I try and exhale slowly coming down letting gravity pull it open.
Man oh man I can feel this a bit shaky through all sets!

• Triceps Rope extensions Overhead — 60 lbs.
10–15 reps × 4 sets
Changing up things. Focused, feeling the contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace. To keep time under tension. On the retraction movement I slow the movement to bring tension to max stretch then an accelerated movement up. On a 2 and 4 count on the movements. Set 3 hit 14, then 13. We added 10 lbs and to stay even with reps.

• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets, 14 reps done instead.
Cross‑cable setup we are at 10lbs. Controlled in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind. And didn't seem to bother any. We added reps. I do say it was burning good. I want to go up in weight, but this seems to be the one I get hurt in the most. We stay even with higher reps.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 30 lbs up and all sets at 12 reps, nothing seems to be hitching in the movement. This felt really good. Still shaking. The press really lit me up.

* Extra sets Pull-Ups & Push-ups
Starting of with 15 push up's on the foam blocks. Jumping straight into pull up's got 15, back to the floor for 15 push up's. Straight back to the pull up bar for 15 stalled out in push up's at 5 and pull ups at 7. Super set finish. 🤙 I can feel my heartbeat in my pecs again.

* Then more Creeper stretches. Catch my breath.... shoulder did feel tight on left side.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 4,400—4,750
- Protein: ~400–450 added protein powder to everything
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~100–130g
- Sodium: ~4,800–5,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth

* Notes of the Day
Have a body waxing coming today. Legs and back that will be a few hours of ripping and tearing. Its not too bad after a few times honestly. I hate that after 35, I reverted into part Neanderthal. I was never hairy on my body like now. This is bullshit. I was looking at Lazer stuff but haven't seen or heard anything on how well that works on a our level of the world. If you have some input please do chime in!
Amanda is getting a lash lift and tinting.

• TOP‑TIER OLYMPIA HYPE & CRITIQUES

Nick Walker vs. Derek Lunsford — The Mind Games Begin
Nick Walker enters Olympia prep near 270 lbs, fresh off his Tampa Pro win.
Derek Lunsford fired a direct psychological shot:
“I just got to remind him who the champ is.”

The rivalry is officially heating up as Las Vegas approaches.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Regan finally slammed the door shut. Vienna was his last chance, and he delivered under pressure. And it was close in my eyes.
Damen Evans looks like a future threat, not this year, but soon.
Nick and Lunsford are already in mental warfare mode, and that’s exactly what makes this Olympia cycle electric. With looming nigerian Lion coming in hot and huge. Unknown Andrew. Hadi on the hunt of a new size look.
Sagar Mali’s passing is a reminder that the community is bigger than what we know, respect to a lost athlete.
