Weight 205lbs
BF 11-13%

Training:
Weights 5x per week (M,T,TH,F,Sat)
Cardio 60mins LISS every day

Cycle:
200-250mg Test for 3 years
I have ran Deca at 120mg a few separate times.

Goal
Add muscle and stay lean and healthy (I know none of it is healthy, but stay as “healthy” as I can).

I am currently taking 250mg Test E and looking to add something else for some muscle growth, while staying lean. I am looking into either Deca or Primo. Deca I would run at 150mg and Primo I’m not sure yet what dose. What would you recommend? I’m not worried about any water weight gained. I just want to gain lean mass and not put tremendous stress on my body.

Before we talk about more gear or adding more we need to understand your base. Start a new thread with your Testosterone log journal, share diet training food sleep and we can properly guide you into adding more gear, will take 14min maybe 15min to start.

HOW-TO LOG?

To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

@Hahziu you cannot have your cake and eat it too.

you can't say you aren't worried about water retention then say you don't want stress put on your body. adding water weight puts stress on everything from top to bottom

well primo and deca are both mild
but primo is more for cutting and deca is more for bulking
Sounds like, Primo might be a better add-on.

@Hahziu bros you will be fine on this setup. i like the LISS. good low impact cardio good for heart
