Anavar question

So I started Anavar 50 mg. Ed split on this past Friday. Have felt great up untill today. I worked out really hard Monday and Tuesday , when I woke up today I felt and still feel like I have no energy at all . A little sore from workout but nothing out of the ordinary. Is this normal or does it mean I'm not getting enough of a nutrient or something mabey ? I'm going to start 400 mg of test e split ew starting on this Saturday to go along with the anavar 50 ed . Think mabey that will help ?
Anyway just wondering if anyone has any ideas on this .

Man I'm actually feeling alot better this evening. I had a big protein shake and ate some dinner. Hell I've been doing this calorie deficit thing and I think it just caught up to me.

That's probably the problem, your caloric deficit caused you to not recover, which kills your energy levels.

You should up your calories for 2 days BMR +20% and double protein for 2 days to really recover your body.

Are you taking liver cycle support? you should if you're not, I use n2guard.
 
Not at the moment on liver support , but I'll sure see about getting some . And I'm definitely gonna up my protein like you said for a couple days or so and calories and see if that helps . I definitely feel better now after the protein shake and dinner .

if you start to feel lethargic with orals then your liver is getting hurt... liver care alone is not enough though... what about your blood pressure, cholesterol, kidneys etc??? an oral steroid hurts ALL of those and more... n2guard is what you need, a complete all in one...

No sir not yet . I was gonna wait on tha untill I've been on the 400 test e. for couple of weeks I'm starting on Saturday. I've only been on the anavar 50 for 6 days now.
I feel 100 percent better this morning though. I'm thinking I might have just deficited my self depletion so I'm gonna do as suggested and up my calories a bit and double my protein for a couple of days see if that helps. I do know it's good Anavar , I could definitely feel the difference after just a day or two.
 
It could be just to do with training harder and less food.
Yes sir I believe it was . I woke up this morning feel great . Took my dose about an hour before I worked out and had a great workout. I got my ancient strength in today also so I popped a few of them after workout with some fruit juice and a protein shake . All in all I think it was just the training harder like you said and less food.
Well see I reckon. Starting the test e on Sat @ 400 split sat and wed. Anxious to see what that does for me as well.

I’ve been yawning like it was midnight at 9 am while driving. I couldn’t figure out why I was so tired.
a stick of gum and I was good for about 20 minutes...
later in the day still struggling I grabbed granola bar snack.
got out and stretched...
figured out... too few carbs. I was combining carb deficit with a hypertrophy workout and I needed carb.
