Body: 8.5/10, knee is making daily improvements, seems to be more centralised discomfort/pain below the patelled, along the tendon.

Mental State: 8/10, even though I solo'd most the day with the kids, mental strength held strong, just feel bad for my wife, just one thing after another.

Training: 8/10, Didn't feel bad at all, bit distracted, but a good session, Most sessions are lower weights/reps now, seeing as were approaching the football season.
JOURNAL:
So after my splendid nights sleep,
The wife decided to fall ill last night(with no idea what),
So I handled all the baby wake ups and the early toddler rising,
So essentially the sleep in benefits I got were destroyed within 24hours of happening..
So chilled out with the kids all day,
Did a whole lot of nothing.
Later night gym sesh, but we got through it,
Knee was no real issue with the exerciaes I did, seeing as it was mainly an upper session,
But again, Improvements, maybe 75-80% good.
I Did up my GLOW dose for the night/next few nights,
3rd night pinning around the affected knee, went from 500mcg to 666mcg bpc157/tb500,
Improvements are being made.
