Approved Log 12 Week Cutting Cycle with Domestic Supply Beligas Pharmaqo Log

This update will be focusing on the diet switch up, coach said extended bulk before we go into a hard cut, so this is what i came up with, i must admit im very pleased with what i came up with after calculating 8 meals, for a bulk i believe i hit some pretty sweet macros on this one.

I keep it simplistic by design so i can maximize my Protein and carb ratio and keep fat right where i need it to be.

Just going to keep it simple and add low sodium taco seasoning with the chicken and beef.

Fyi Aldis for the win 🏆

Side note as far as current cycle goes im just cruising on 300 test a week 100 mast a week and 10mg winny on trianing days only with 12.5mg aromasin, my coach wants to keep me here for the foreseeable future with current cycle.

We spoke last night and ive got some surprises for everyone with what my coach and i will be running and doing for my cut when we reach that point, i got to keep it under wraps till the right time and everything is finalized and laid out, untill then something fun for everything to think about where im heading next in my jounery.

I expect big changes and things to happen when i start the cutting phase! Hopefully i will come out looking like a totally different person long term goal.

Going to be starting out this week's trianing with legs, will post that session when i get it completed.

Still around the 244lb weight mark right now.

Hello everyone pull day was on point, incase the opening wasn't obvious enough, we back on the anavar train, my god the back pump was unreal yesterday, not in a bad way, it was that kind of pump that made you feel 20lbs bigger than you actually are, that pump was S tier.

I offen talk about maximizing rest days throughout the week for me and my body it works extremely well, friday was my first session all week meaning 4 days of complete rest, i came back the majority of my lifts increased in weight lifted.

Most notably Seated Row, the pace at which i have been growing consistently stronger with this lift has been awesome!

Ive seen between a 10lb-15lb jump each set on a consistent basis now the majority of my cycle.

Coach has been extremely pleased with my determination with fully getting back on track and dialing in and locking in again, with that said here is the new cycle layout.

Some might ask why does the cycle keep going up or down or swapped things in or out, simple answer i follow the protocol my coach lays out for me, ive seen the biggest changes and results so far, so i dont mess with his protocol, my one job follow through with his plan, he knows me best.

I am beyond fucking stoked right now all my hard work and starting to believe in myself has fully paid off. I never thought in my life time would i hit the biggest dumbbell PR of my life. Last week i did 90s for 10 reps, today i officially joined the 100lb dumbbell club!! I hit 10 clean and challenging reps, the feeling i felt i cant even describe it, no assistance no spotter, laid back on the bench and put those 100s up by myself, even when done, i had the weights resting on my chest kicked my legs and sat up with the DBs and racked them, everything i did i was in control of, no tossing or dropping the weights.

Having acess to the gym i switched into going on a year now, that was the best decision ive made for my progression, looking at myself now and reflecting back on everything, i wouldn't be anywhere near the place i am now with how im able to train and lock completely in.

This current point in time is the strongest ive evee been and have ever felt, things are just clicking and im constantly finding ways mentally and physically forward with my jounery, it has taken me a long time reaching this point, i can say with confidence it sure feels really damn good, i spent so long putting myself inside of a box and limiting myself and doubting myself, ive worked extremely hard to just go for it and have fun and tell myself i got this i can achieve this because i believe in my heart and in my mind i can.

@ROIDDERS on evolutionary today pointed out my biggest setback would be myself and my personality to be extremely hard on myself, i needed to work around that, i took his advice to heart because i fully agree with him, he is constantly reminding me about my potential and sees things i typically dont see, it is a very humbling experience to read his words and see his advice, i take advice and criticism well because i understand it can and will help me i never view it negatively, i understand in this process especially the guys who have achieved a body like him, when he says something you pay attention and you absorb the knowledge and use it as fuel and apply it on your jounery, i wanted to give praises and a thank you brother 💪

This goes for everyone who is always supporting me and helping me and pushing me to become my very best, i appreciate everyone for having my back and wanting to see me compete and become something i never had the courage to do on my own, im late into this and i understand it is an uphill battle, i believe it is a winnable one and a achievable one, the support i get on every single log is truly humbling and helps keep me grounded, as im not really a flashy cocky person, i am super introverted, so having this community and all the people i consider friends for life, it has helped me see what i am capable of and how i can contiune to be hopefully inspiring for others who see my logs and view them 💪

I treat my logs more like my life story as i contiune to write nee chapters and i believe opening up and be fully transparent lets people see we are human we make mistakes we arent machines 24/7 i hope my story my triumphs and failures can help the next person and the person after that who reads my story with my logs.

Alright now that i got that out of the way, onto my push day i went up across the board on every life today, i just couldn't be stopped today! Firing on all cylinders as they say. Overall excellent work today!

I also cant fit in the shoulder press machine now lol 😂 i have to slide into side ways because i put so much width on that my side delts are a little wider than the handles on each side, which is a weird fucking feeling lol.

Also will be dropping the GH down into 1U so i can stretch it out into 40 total days of GH use, since im limited on vials and it just kind of happened, coach suggested it i happened to have some i needed to use, so it got tossed into the cycle briefly, i can say took my first shot last night pre bed and with in 45 minutes i was out like a light, best sleep i got in a very long time, i slept deeply and for a longer duration and didn't wake up one time last nightz its helping already.

Dear Anavar ps i love you and i hate you all at the same time, i love the wicked pump you helped me achieve on my pull day, we must have a chat about learning to not pump my forearms to the point i cant even grip the weights towards the end of my workout, next time work with me not against me please and thank you 😁

Hello everyone pull day was on point, incase the opening wasn't obvious enough, we back on the anavar train, my god the back pump was unreal yesterday, not in a bad way, it was that kind of pump that made you feel 20lbs bigger than you actually are, that pump was S tier.

I offen talk about maximizing rest days throughout the week for me and my body it works extremely well, friday was my first session all week meaning 4 days of complete rest, i came back the majority of my lifts increased in weight lifted.

Most notably Seated Row, the pace at which i have been growing consistently stronger with this lift has been awesome!

Ive seen between a 10lb-15lb jump each set on a consistent basis now the majority of my cycle.

Coach has been extremely pleased with my determination with fully getting back on track and dialing in and locking in again, with that said here is the new cycle layout.

Some might ask why does the cycle keep going up or down or swapped things in or out, simple answer i follow the protocol my coach lays out for me, ive seen the biggest changes and results so far, so i dont mess with his protocol, my one job follow through with his plan, he knows me best.
