Started off the week with push session A. The start of week 5 of the cut. Things are still moving well, I am expecting to cut all the way down to at least 180, maybe even a little further. Diet is going strong, sticking to a cardio routine, and the training is going well. I’ve been on 300 test for the whole cut and plan to stay here at least another month.
