Rule on expire gear

what is the rule on throwing out expired steroids? I have some that date back to five or six years ago. I just never got around to using them before and now I want to use them. Do you think that their potency has gone down enough where it's not worth it to even attempt to use them or should I just go ahead and give them a shot regardless

I dont use gear if it's expired more than 6 months. 6mo is my expiry deadline.

I use my stuff after expiration cause I'm cheap like that
