Depends on how many times you've used tren, Ace is often recommended for new users as if issues occur and you can't handle them Ace is out the system quickly, E is a longer ester so if u run into problems it can be hell for a long time while the ester clears out of the system.

When at home I pin 50 mg tren ace eod, the morning I go to work in pin 200 mg tren e, the day/night I get home I switch back to Tren Ace eod… started Tren day 1 of this cycle and running it a total of 8 of the 12 weeks
