would bpc-157 work for foot injury?

I have a question about not only using bpc157 but also dosing.
I’ve got foot problems. The top of my foot hurts like hell and so does the bottom. Not sure if its plantar Fasciitis or something else. My doctor wants to inject me with cortisone but that will run me about $1600 and he said I would need to keep coming in which seems risky and painful.
Would bpc157 work on my foot? And should I inject 100mcg each time with a tiny needle ?

it would work but with tb500 250mcg each bpc tb

bpc is the GOAT if you can inject your foot. maybe try tb500 with it. bpc 500mcg EOD
