I have been tracking my voice diligently, no changes. No clit growth. Hair is growing faster than usual. No hair loss. My boobs are already small/non existent so idk if they got smaller or . I have an iud so I already don’t have a period so idk about that. I do take estrogen and progesterone to support hormones and I lowered my test dose before starting the cycle .

Happy Monday folks. I started the week off strong with a killer workout.

We shared barbells for the back squats and I got asked to share a bar with one of the girls that I never thought I’d ever be sharing with. I’ve come a long way! It feels good to share with the strong girls in class. I was happy with the back squats and then got absolutely humbled by the WOD. I did the push ups on my knees because I knew I couldn’t do them all if I did them big boy style. Still a great workout and by the end I felt my arms were going to explode. Going to bed now

Alright I need to retest my one rep deadlift. Today’s workout:

My last one rep was 255. So I feel like I must revisit this after this deadlift building cycle. The WOD made my back cramp to shit, so that was cool. Time cap was 20 min and I made it 2 rounds+802
