Hey guys!
Long time no blog, or at least it feels like it. I’m so happy to report that my shins didn’t bother me at the hyrox!! Wooo! I did the women’s open doubles and my team mate and I finished under our goal time of 1.5hrs. We got 1:21 and finished in first place for the women’s open doubles division. I will be doing a hyrox in Anaheim with the same partner so we will work on improving our time. I found my biggest strength was the sled pull, which felt very easy compared to when I had to do the men’s weight in mixed doubles . While I was there I also got to meet the male 2024 CrossFit games winner which was really awesome for me! It was overall a great day!

I took Sunday off. Got a new puppy and he gave me hell all Sunday lmao. Wish me luck! Went in today and hit my b stance hip thrusts again and split squats. They are paying off, I feel like I can see some growth in my legs/glutes. I hit the workout and it was a good one!

Hi!
Came in early today for some double under, muscle up and hand stand walk practice! I was able to practice multiple muscle ups with one small red band. Happy with my progress! The workout today had two parts. Part one was hand stand walk practice and part two was as follows:

For the over head lunges I did 55lbs because 75 just felt brutal! Good workout today! Went to run club later on for a couple miles.
