Another day anabolic friends! So today I popped in the gym a little early and hit:
3x12 b stance hip thrust 125lbs
3x8 front elevated reverse step back lunge 65lbs
It’s my favorite to be in the gym before class when there’s nobody there, DREAMY!

After that I hit the class workout:

I hit 3 sets of 3 deadlift at 205 and I finished the workout at 19:45 just before the time cap with the gnarliest delt pump ever. Felt like my arms were going to pop open

. I’ve got a couple more workouts and then Saturday is another local hyrox event I’m going to participate in! This time I’m partnering with another female so I don’t have to do the men’s weight lol. Anyway have a lovely night yall!
