Upper back/neck pain?

Newbie
has anyone ever had upper back and neck pain together especially a couple days after a workout. not sure if I tweaked anything or if this is just normal soreness but it won't go away and it hurts a lot where I can't even turn my neck
is there a supplement that I can take to speed up my recovery so that I can get back into the gym as soon as possible

i suggest ostarine mk and nutrozol stacked
 
stretching and yoga start there
 
Supplements are not the answer.
Find out first what caused the pain and then correct it.
Many times it is bad form.
What exercises were you doing just before the pain started?
