Pain after lifting

Why do I get pain Lately from weight training. I'm wondering if it's because I'm not getting enough vitamins and minerals in my diet. If so then what do you recommend I get as far as a multivitamin. Or should I get something to help with the pain itself

You probably arent getting enough nutrients thats not unusual

get some n2joint rx 5 tabs and n2guard 3 caps
 
pain is from lack of rest and lack of n2joint rx

Or take time off. Go see a therapist etc
