83.8kg this morning, pretty much same as last few days been hovering at around84kg lately. Might be tightening up a bit though, look a touch leaner in the mirror. Hard to tell day to day but my belly feels leaner maybe.
Sleep was decent, maybe 7–8 hrs. Woke up once but got back to sleep easy enough. Energy’s been pretty stable lately, not dragging at all thanks to MOTSC probably!

Nothing crazy but solid session. Pumps were actually really noticeable today, especially chest and delts. Could be the Cialis/MOTS-C combo doing its thing.
No joint pains Everything feels okay.
20 min incline walk after. Nothing intense, just making sure I got some cardio done
Food was around 2400 cals, protein ~190g. Haven’t been super strict lately. Appetite is easy to manage right now which helps. No bloating or digestion dramas.
Overall feel great!
Recovery’s been good too, not overly sore between sessions. But I haven’t been back to back gym days in a while
@War Born Peptides plan is get to 88kg and same body fat and like do it in a year or two. Maybe add some more roids in the mix hahaha
