tb500 for carpal tunnel?

Been dealing with a lot of carpal Tunnel issues. I work a desk job and its a constant grind on my wrists and hands. I was hoping that tb500 would be a good option. Seems to be a pricey substance to use. Should I run 5mgs 2x a week for 4 months? Or do I need to use more?
