Does the psyllium husk before bed help your digestive system?
@ROIDDERS it definitely does. I'm not sure if before bed matters. Yesterday I didn't take it and it turned out I slept through the night. I think drinking the 10/12 ounces of water before bed seems to make me wake in the middle of the night to urinate so I think I'm going to take it when I get home and try to drink as little as possible after 6pm.
 
Today was a very light eating restful day. I just wasnt really hungry. I think my body has really started to adapt to the fasting and it feels great. I will certainly eat more tomorrow because I don't think the diet below is sustainable nutritionally for what I think my body needs.

1230 - 5oz pulled pork, 1c coleslaw, 2 potato slider rolls

1600 - homemade grilled chicken gyro, (60z grilled chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, red onion on roast garlic pita with 3tbs homemade tzatziki sauce

1630 - 10 pitted dates

2030 - 1c soft serve ice-cream

TRAINING:
rest day

SLEEP: 2200 - 0730 approx 9.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:
Fish oil triglyceride liquid:Omega 3 - 2540mg,Omega 6 - 1000mg, Omega 9 - 1000mg
CoQ10:400mg, Turmeric Extract:1g, BioPerine Black Pepper Extract:20mg

1730 - 5oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, jalapenos, cucumbers, peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatos, blue cheese crumbles dressed with balsamic and olive oil. 1/2 avocado

1900 - 2, 3oz Buffalo chicken sandwich. 1c sweet potatoe fries.

I have really missed my barbell lately so I thought I would use todays gym session to give her some love. She missed me too. 275 was not happy to see me today and reminded me of the 30 pound weight loss!

1230 - 5oz grilled chicken salad w mushrooms, peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles and 1 avocado dressed w balsamic and olive oil.

1430 - 4oz grilled chicken, baby romaine, sliced red onion and cherry tomatoes, 2tbs homemade tzatziki sauce and 1/2 roasted garlic pita.

1800 - 1scoop protein w 2tbs psyllium husk powder and 10oz water

1730 - 6oz shaved tri tip cheesesteak sandwich with 1.5 slices of provolone and 1c sweet potato fries.

FLAT BB BENCH 185x10, 225x10, 275x1, (tried for 2 reps but got buried), 225x6, 185x10
STANDING OVERHEAD PRESS 95x10, 115x8, 135x5, 95x10
