0890 - 3 egg omlete with 4oz xhock steak, 1/2c shredded cheese. 1 avocado, 1 peach. 1 scoop protein, 1tsp psyllium husk after bike ride

1200 - 2, BLT on sourdough with cheddar

1600 - 8oz beef broth

1700 - 3, 6oz Asian dumpling sausages from butcher with 2c Jasmine rice and 1.5c edamame and cucumber salad.

2000 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

TRAINING:
80 minute bike ride, zone 2 HR

SLEEP: 2030 - 0530 approx 9 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos

I am 44, I think its regular aging aches and pains from all the dumb stuff I have done for fun over the years. I did suffer bulged discs and a SI joint issue mid to late 30s and have recovered. But figured between wrists, elbows and knees to include this lower back area just above my glute, 6 weeks of these peptides cant hurt, right? Jiu-jitsu twice a week, (sometimes 3x a week) certainly isn't helping. I figured Id give them a 6 week run and see how I fare. At the very least I can benefit from increased flexibility and endurance as I will be training for a 5k with my son after labor day and started riding my road bike again.

0800 - 1 banana, 2 homemade oatmeal protein bars with dark chocolate.

1200 - 4oz grilled chicken mixed with 2c mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms and blue cheese. Dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. 1 avocado. 1 c cottage cheese.

1500 - 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple, 1 peach

1600 - 8oz beef broth

1930 - 8oz grilled skirt steak, ½ large sweet potato. 2c grilled zucchini and squash

2000 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

TRAINING:
Rest Day - Life got busy yesterday missed regular training day but will likely make it up.

SLEEP: 2100 - 0500 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
