Tues 07.11.23

DIET:
0530 - 1 scoop protein w 1 tsp psyllium husk

0800 - 8oz sirloin cooked with 3 eggs, topped with 1/2c shredded cheese

1300 - 4oz grilled chicken w 2c mixed greens, 1 avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin. 1 peach

1600 - 1 apple

2100 - shrimp fajitas, (just shrimp, peppers and onions), 4oz cotija cheese, ½ avacado 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

2,532 total calories
(carbs 131g, fat 134g, protein 202g)

TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 120 minutes

SLEEP: 2200 - 0500 approx 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos

DAILY SUPS:
Fish oil triglyceride liquid:Omega 3 - 2540mg,Omega 6 - 1000mg, Omega 9 - 1000mg
CoQ10:400mg, Turmeric Extract:1g, BioPerine Black Pepper Extract:20mg
Glucosamine HCl 1.5g, Chondroitin 1.2g
Magnesium 300mg, (taurate, glycinate and malate)

Brother everyone is different with how they respond, doses are subjective. I look at it this way if you have never run primobolan before you should start low and see how you respond and if the body can tolerate it. You can always start with 200mg for 4 weeks and after the 4 week mark bump it up to 300mg a week. I think 200-300 is plenty. The way i see it is finding the lowest dose that is effective while mitigation of unwanted side effects is the goal.

1100 - 4oz grilled chicken w 2c mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin. shrimp fajitas, (just shrimp (10), peppers and onions), 2oz cotija cheese, 1/2 avocado

1430 - 1c cottage cheese, 1 peach, 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple

1930 - 2-8Oz bacon cheddar burgers from butcher, (no buns) lettuce, tomato, 1 avocado. 1.5c baked sweet potato fries. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

(Carbs 236g, Fat 149g, Protein 259g)

Rest Day
