Day 50 of BPC157 and TB500

DIET:
1400 - 5oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, jalapenos, cucumbers, peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles dressed with balsamic and olive oil.

1600 - 1c cottage cheese mixed with 12c mixed blue, razz and black berries. 3 hard boiled eggs

1900 - 10 grilled chicken wings, 1c baby carrots raw and 1c sweet potato fries. 1 scoop protein, 2tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water.

TRAINING:
I chose not to lift today and have a baseball catch with my son instead. The grass was freshly cut and the weather was beautiful

SLEEP: 2130 - 0500 approx 7.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:
Fish oil triglyceride liquid:Omega 3 - 2540mg,Omega 6 - 1000mg, Omega 9 - 1000mg
CoQ10:400mg, Turmeric Extract:1g, BioPerine Black Pepper Extract:20mg
Glucosamine HCl 1.5g, Chondroitin 1.2g
Magnesium 300mg, (taurate, glycinate and malate)

I had that with my cycle when I got pretty sick not wanting to pin or do anything just felt defeated, I can assure you that it will pass and you will get through and better days ahead.
 
Feeling back to about 90%, this lingering cough though. Had my ass handed to me last night in jiu-jitsu, it was hard to breath, kept coughing and I went through the gamut for another stripe. Worth every minute of it though, pressing on to another day.

1300 - 1c cottage cheese mixed with 1c mixed blue, razz and black berries. 1 banana

1530 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple

2030 - 2c chicken, brussel bacon bake. 8oz lasagna. 1 scoop protein, 2tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water.

TRAINING:
Jiujitsu 75 minutes

SLEEP: 2230 - 0430 approx 6 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos

Do a two-day fast. And I promise you that lingering cough will be gone. Let the autophagy, destroy, whatever bacteria is still in your body.

@Simon maybe take 1 week off to get rid of the cough bro
 
Being around a lot of bacteria and dirty people isn't going to help.
 
I'm glad you pushed hard during your jiu-jitsu. Hopefully you keep improving little by little.
