Nothing. You're far too fat and sarms etc can only do so much

20 to 7% isn't realistic unless you ballooned that way in a short time. if you always been closer to 20% then it will be very hard to drop that

20% to 7%? The stack Dylan laid out for you can help but you definitely need to get your diet dialed in.

It will come with hard dieting and training. I would not do cardio alone. You will need some weight training in there too. 7% is tough to maintain year round without some pain so be ready for it.

Abs are made in the kitchen with proper diet and that bf drop you want is not a realistic goal, sarms can help you achieve goals but diet is key

You need realistic goals first. The stack Dylan gave you is your best bet, but dropping 13% bodyfat to go from 20 to 7 is not going to happen. That's going from fat to shredded
