I do not like to run much because i hate losing my gainzzzz lol. but seriously the weather is beautifal outside and i want to get out there and run but i am scared that my msucles will shrink up and i'm already a hard gainer. should i use steroids to offset those losses?
 
you aren't gonna burn muscle by running, that myth is derived from runners being so skinny and lean. but they HAVE TO be skinny and lean to do well at running in the first place. there is difference between a long distance runner and a sprinter for a reason

No. Go walk instead.
 
The forever overstated fear of losing muscle. It is much harder to lose muscle than guys think. Running is very healthy for your heard and I recommend it.
