I've been with a clinic for 3 years. They recently changed their staff and have a new president who seems to have changed some of the policies. They paired me with this female specialist and she literally paused my TRT because my PSA is above 4.5. When I would try to talk, she would interrupt. I don't like her and don't want nothing to do with her again.
I have BPH which runs in my family. Two years ago, I had an MRI and needle biopsy which ruled out cancer and confirmed is BPH, which every male member in my family has. My previous specialist knew all of this and he was ok with it, as he is bodybuilder. He left this clinic due to all these changes.
She paused my TRT and wants a clearance letter from urology. I had my recorded faxed to the clinic, but since urologist hasn't seen me in 2 years, he won't write a clearance letter unless I do another MRI and potentially biopsy, since my PSA went up since I started TRT.
Of course, it will go up on androgens, this is normal. My PSA before TRT was already 3.6. I don't have any symptoms. I don't wake up night. Only when I drink caffeine, I have the desire to pee more often.
The insurance from my works is extremely basic, it would still cost me hundreds, if not over a thousands to pay for MRI and biopsy.
I already decided to drop them and switch to another clinic which is more relaxed and "cookie cutter" which I would prefer as I already know what works for me. The price for testosterone is the same $250 including shipping for a 200mg/10ml vial, but I won't have to pay for consultations. With the other clinic is $30 for the phone call.
I've been doing 140-150mg a week. I recently purchased a 300mg/10ml Test Enanthate vial (Beligas) from Domestic, because I literally ran out of testosterone and I can't refill with the clinic and my first appointment with the new clinic is on March 4th.
I injected yesterday and so far, have no issue, in fact, I found it better than cypionate grape seed oil. Every time I inject cypionate grape seed oil in my shoulder, I get a raised bump/nodule that goes away after a couple day. No nodule this time.
I paid almost $100 with shipping for this vial. I would save a few hundreds a year vs clinic.
I can afford the clinic prices. I did math with my dose and is $900 a year and I have the script if I ever need to travel, plus pharma grade guarantee?
So my plan is to just stay with the clinic and maybe supplement with UGL vial I have, maybe do a small blast in between my labs
