Long time boys hope everyone is doing good and kicking ass. Well I did get everything figured out with @teamroids.to but 1st I do want other thank @JaneScott for trying to help me before I was able to figure out things ti continue business W TR's.

New Cycle, Nutrition, Gym Schedule.

I'll be starting

Para pharma Long Stack 300, 2 injections per week Monday and Friday along with 1 injection of deca 300 on Wednesdays. I'll be running this about 8 weeks then I'll do cruse on some test C mix w some Mast.

Nutrition is pretty basic
Eggs, rice, meat mother fucker meat
Some Greek yogurt and fruits.
I usually stop eating a 7-8pm to allow proper digestion.

Gym Schedule
Get to the mother fucking Gym boys as much as possible. For me that doesn't mean lift heavy everyday but just kill it whatever that looks like for you. Always remember to give yourself some quality recovery time that shits needed.

For my guy Mobster, minimum 3x a week working with solid heavy weight not max but lets say 75% 2 of those days the other one lower weight and reps until you're spent. I like to toss in strictly body weight/functionality on this day pull ups,dips, situps,push-ups ext.

Make sure you shave off that beard. I've seen guys get those beards stuck at the gym and it can lead to some serious injuries. Should be maximum four or five inches off your face. @dogtrainer85

Para pharma Long Stack is pretty good. @dogtrainer85 I don't remember, though, what's in it. Can you list out what exactly is part of their formula?
 
@dogtrainer85 bros heard a good thing about the Long Stack 300. It's a long ester and you don't have to inject it often. That's good

There is also a short stack that is very similar to the Long Stack if you wanted to go more with shorter esters and have it in and out of your system quicker. @dogtrainer85
 
@dogtrainer85 are you still doing the arm wrestling stuff or is that something that you're retired from?
Still doing it brother. Currently ranked 5th in Illinois at 95kg with my right arm. I'll be competing w my left starting next month. Ive got a match with my right and ill do an open tournament w my left for sure and maybe my right depending on how it feels after my match. 2-7-26 is game time brother.
