I've been using Naps Gear for about six years, and lately, they have been taking forever with their products. I understand it's the holiday season, and everybody likes to take vacation time, but I am a paying customer, and I want my products. I planned on giving my wife a couple of things from this package that I'm expecting. Also, a buddy of mine was going to be a Christmas gift for him, and now that's ruined.
