naps cycle log

added some clen for the homestretch, nothing crazy
cant sleep though right away

back have been doing 2x week for @ 2 years
latrleyt been doing pulls once per week, rotating from workout 1 nd then 2, depending on rest stress, etc etc

staying with the split

sun off
mon back
tues chest
wed shouldr
thurs back, hamstrings @ 1/2 of the time
fri arms
sat legs

i know its been a hot topic lately, but clen and clen in high doses is not a new thing in bodybuilding.
its been quite something with people proclaiming the all out danger, but our first version of history, is not always what it may seem to be
 
solid. trying to grow, much like all here. we are all ion the same boat im sure. train eat sleep repeat, and try to make some $ too along the way at work.
gym always there. mindset is good.
added back in some slin pre workout. pumps are good, pushing a little more before the snow comes and we cover everyting up with layers
