Approved Log My Testosterone and Equipoise bulk cycle Log

I feel like I do eat right 90% of the time, I typically stick to 15 different things that go into my stomach. But I’m also a firm believer in enjoying your life, I’m a big foodie so I like cheat meals. And at the end of the day, it’s burning more calories than you’re consuming, as long as your gut tolerates it and my stomach is like a trashcan. It will take on anything Then you’re good. Now if I was a professional bodybuilder and I was getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars and I had contracts on the line I would analyze every gram that goes into my mouth. But considering I just do this for a fun hobby I like to keep it fun and lighthearted. Especially considering I’ve had multiple girls leave me because they think I take this too seriously, and I always tell them believe me there’s a whole another level that you women just don’t understand lol

As far as the drug side, I take a much more serious approach to that and get my blood work multiple times a year. But I do appreciate all the help you guys give out, I love this place and that’s why I come back and I try to post on other people’s threads as well. I’ve been lifting weights and a student of bodybuilding and fitness for over 20 years though so I have a lot of knowledge and I still wanna learn more. I just got into the drug side of it about five years ago starting with testosterone replacement therapy. Recently I actually got my NASM personal training certification, lol I thought I would know everything. I didn’t learn much of anything new, nothing valuable 😝

It was the same when I got my real estate license, I used none of it when I sold houses. With the nasm I just know a little bit more about human anatomy 😂

I definitely need to, I’m gonna watch instructional YouTube videos for now and then once the finances are a little bit better in a couple months I’m gonna hire a posing coach

but how many shakes and bars per day?
No bars! I hate bars lol. Probably 2.5 shakes a day and that’s just to get me to the 300 mark. I eat like this 90% of the time. I took my mother to Cheesecake Factory for her birthday but I had a lower calorie option with chicken and pasta. Probably still 1,000 calories though. I’ll post more!
 
A good mattress make a BIG difference
You’re not lying! My mattress before was perfect, not too soft, but actually firm is the best for me
so I’m gonna have to bite the bullet and get another one of those, it’s expensive but it’s worth every penny. I wake up lower with back pain every day, yes, it goes away in about an hour, but it’s still not good for my recovery and when I look at my pictures, it almost looks like my spine and back are twisted to the left! So I definitely need to see a chiropractor and get some tissue work as well
 
Here’s some of the meals. I’ve been eating the last couple days, with protein shakes in between. I’m not gonna take pictures of every meal. My macros have been anywhere from 2500 cal up to 3000 cal, I’m down a couple pounds. I feel strong in the gym. And strong is different for everybody, some guys are half my size and can benchpress 405 pounds, I can do 225 pounds for 10 reps and maybe 315 once so I’m not particularly a strong guy, but that’s probably a blessing in disguise because I feel if I got super strong, I would get more injuries

I need to get a better bed because my back has been suffering. I just don’t have $1000 right now to invest in a new mattress. But everything has been going good, been really busy at work, typically work out four days a week, PPL, then I add an extra day with chest and shoulders and calves, those are the areas that I feel that could come up the most. Still keeping my diet relatively moderate with fats, steak, salmon, avocado, little bit of olive oil, but staying away from the processed stuff.

Also, I had an ordering/shipment issue and I only got two bottles of testosterone out of 7 different things I ordered and I did not get the rest of my goodies so they did ship that back out and hopefully I’ll get that sometime this week. I already have a tracking number but it hasn’t arrived to the sender yet

@Matt_0689 a lot of mattress places have low interest financing so you can make payments. very important you sleeping on a good bed and pillow. it doesn't get easier for us since we literally are breaking our bodies every time we lift

thanks! Yeah, now that my testosterone is a lot higher I can handle a little bit more volume. I try to do about 15 sets per week per muscle group. Maybe 12 sets for the smaller muscles like biceps, triceps, etc..

Exactly! I wanna be an artist with my food and my body. Sometimes I have weeks where I get really really creative and then sometimes I have weeks where I just throw stuff together when I’m busy. I had to learn to cook for myself at a very young age because my parents stopped cooking. I hated it back then but looking back it made me learn how to cook.

@Matt_0689 bro cooking is a life skill and its good you know how to cook......some people realize this later in life....in my opinion everyone should know how to cook........
 
Thanks man I appreciate it! That’s 20 years of on and off training, there’s been years that I’ve taken off but with muscle memory I always put it back on quick. I’ve never been a super hyper responder to gear but because I’ve been on a low dose of TRT for six months and my testosterone has been floating around 500 NG/DL I think my receptors are nice and fresh. I always ran 500 test in the past so that’s why I’m bringing it up to 700. Maybe 800 at the most to see if that’ll make a difference. Some people can look at a bottle of testosterone and put on 20 pounds, a lot of these younger kids think if they take steroids they’ll look like a Mr. Olympia, but that’s just not the case lol. There’s so many different types of genetics, do you respond well to gear? Does your blood work Respond well or poorly to gear? Do you get side effects? I’m excited for this cycle for sure, especially once the EQ and anadrol come in this Friday! I’ve only been on this testosterone for about a week now, so I’m just starting to get a little bit stronger in the gym, appetite is picking up, getting a little bit more of a pump, skin is a little bit more oily so it’s definitely starting to kick in, I’m metabolize things very quickly so things get in my system quickly, but they also exit my system quickly. Even what I do by TRT I can’t do once a week. It has to be three times a week.
Yes, that's true. In our bodies also change over time. So it's a never-ending battle.
