i wouldn't mess with meds here. you can always run a non testosterone derivative steroid and that will drop your test levels. even something like sarms will do the trick

I don't get the option to have the blood test later in the day. The appointments are all 9am-10am. Would a couple of days sleep deprivation get round that?

Re meds.. I'm prescribed lots of meds anyway, due to my car crash. I haven't needed to take them for months, but I still pick them up. Would sticking a buprenorphine patch on me and swallowing tramadol reduce my T levels?

Re sarms. I hadn't considered that. How long would that take to work? And would it be detected in the bloods?

@akaWalter lets see your training and diet today, if you didnt train lets see at least diet

on the bloods sleep depraved or not if your Testosterone is low, its low
 
I wouldn't go crazy trying to manipulate bloods like that. I definitely do not recommend starting to take any meds (even though you have them) just for this purpose. Even being sleep deprived......how much will it actually effect levels? It will lower them but not sure how significant the impact would be.
