Sorry for missing the last 2 days of check-ins. The workouts have been very good but very exhausting. I started feeling a few of the Tren side effects with the night sweats last night which lead to me getting a massive hamstring cramp after leg day haha. I’ve been shedding off a lot of excess water weight, so I’ve taken a hit on the scale.
