Posting yesterday’s training since today was a rest day and I forgot to post. I trained my upper body with an emphasis on my lats and shoulders.

Weight: 210.8

2 sets incline dumbbells 140s
3 sets t bar row 160
4 sets lat raises 20
4 sets face pulls 55
3 sets single arm lat pulldown 85lb

Daily injections:
100mg test e USP
86mg mast e USP
10mg Tren a USP
50mg var training days USP
4 iu hgh USP
6.25 aromasin eod

Food:
270g protein
500g carbs
40g fat

Cardio:
30 minutes, 10% incline 2.5 speed. 15k steps

@satxbber protein is high. Love to see that man. That cardio is no joke

Thank you my man. When I started using gear, I decided to grow my hair out just incase I end up losing it. I had never grown my hair this long, and it’s holding up well with the steroid use. Road to the open but with hair

I would keep growing it out because it's a luxury having hair especially as a juice head. You don't see pro bodybuilders who have hair at all. They're all pretty much bald.

Oh yeah you can get crazy stimulus to the lats with the single arm pulldowns. I’ve been working real hard to improve my lats this off season.
