Approved Log My Journey to the Stage Journal

Today was a big back day. Still putting a major emphasis on growing the lats as much as possible. Today was a much better day as I didn’t have any bloat issues going into the gym.

Morning weight: 204.6

3 sets Gym80 chest supported row 180,180,135 per side
3 sets lat pulldown (lifefitness) 200
4 sets Gym80 preacher curl machine 80,80,70,70 per side
4 sets rope face pulls (lifefitness) 70lb
2 sets single arm lat row 100lb (lifefitness)
2 sets cable pullover (gym80) 132lb

MFW Injections (weekly dose)
400mg Test E - USP
600mg Mast E - USP
20mg cialis EOD
4iu growth daily - USP
2mg GHK-cu daily - USP
12.5mg exemestane eod - USP (this dose was lowered starting today based on suggestions of those more experienced than myself)

Push day training today. For some reason I was extremely bloated going into the gym today. My stomach was hurting so bad that laying back to bench press was uncomfortable lol. The workout was pretty solid today. Increased all my weights and had a solid pump despite the stomach issues.

Weight: 205.8

2 sets bench press (pause reps) 335lb
3 sets cable flies 154lb
4 sets cable tricep push down 209lb
4 sets cable lateral raise 23.75lb
2 sets incline press machine 231lb
